Here's How to Create a Free Account on Art

Signing up for a free Art account is easy. You'll need to use your email address as your User ID, and create a password. Nex please review and accept the Terms of Service and agree by checking the box. 

Great! Next, we need your basic info, so add:

• Your Company Name
• Select your PMS from the drop down list
• Now let us know if you have listings on Airbnb.
  • If you are not listed on Airbnb, you can set up an onboarding call with the Rented Team by providing your preferred Date, Time, and Phone number. We'll send you a meeting invitation.

If you are listed on Airbnb, select Yes and you will need to enter either the URL of your Host Profile or the URL of one of your listings, both will work. Also if you need assistance you can schedule a call with our team by clicking on the Schedule a Call link. 

Once you add the URL, Art will begin to import your listings, you don't have to wait for the import, you can come back to this screen later.

Art is importing the public listing details for your properties including the

• Listing Name
• Lead Image
• Amenities
• Lat/Long of the property

That's it! Once completed with the import you are ready for the next step: "Reviewing your Base Rates".
