How do I make sure that the listings have successfully been removed from my tape chart?
- It's important to remove the listings from the Rate Group (if applicable) then you go to the Art Settings >Manage listings to complete the process. Please remember to 'Turn Sync off' first then ‘Turn Visible off’ to successfully remove the listings from your tape chart.
- If you have mistakenly turn Visible off first and unable to turn Sync Rates off as it is greyed out, please turn Visible On again to be able to turn Sync Rates off then Visible off.
- If you turn Sync and Visible off without removing the listing from the Rate Group (if applicable), this will cause an error whenever you try to save changes in that specific Rate Group. Go back to the Art Settings and turn Visible to On and re-add the listing to the Group. You can then remove again from the group and turn Visible to Off in the Art Settings, to remove from the tape chart.
If I set a discount with gradual being enabled and not, how are the rates discounted?

Why are there no healthscores on listings that are not synced?
- We cannot pull availability or health for listings that have sync off on some platforms. After the initial sync, the system only pulls data from the PMS for listings that are syncing because the connection to the PMS is only turned on for listings that are syncing. If you turn on the listing, the data will pull and update in Art.

- Art does not control availability. It is through your PMS or OTA. Art is a rate tool and not a calendar management tool which means that Art may show a date as available but the availability is managed by your PMS.

Would this have changed something within our settings in our PMS?
- Art does not support fractional units. If a reservation is placed on one of the listings, there is nothing tying it to the other. As this is not a setting Art supports, it should not have changed within your PMS.

- It might have been relisted, snoozed or not active in Airbnb. Please submit a ticket to get the Airbnb ID updated once the listing is activated and provide the updated Airbnb ID.
Common tips
- There must be no season with the same name within a template
- There must be no gaps in the season dates
- You should not name a Premium and Discount to just a number (i.e. 121, 45, 35) as the system saves this as an integer, instead of a string and it breaks things where Premiums and Discounts will be unavailable.
- Art users must avoid working on the same listing or group at the same time
- In case users are not aware of this, best practice is to refresh the page
