Onboarding Checklist:

Use this Checklist to ensure you configure your new properties correctly in Art.  

 

  1. Global Listing Settings
    1. Verify the property details have properly imported into Art.  If not, update the bedrooms, bathrooms and number of guests the property sleeps
    2. Add tags

 

  1. Global Rate Settings
    1. Set the base rate
    2. Set the minimum rate
    3. Apply Premiums & Discounts

 

  1. Global Minimum Stay Settings
    1. Set minimum stay
    2. Do you want gap logic?
    3. Do you want to split weekends

 

  1. Group Settings
    1. Assign to applicable group

 

  1. Manual Overrides
    1. Are there holidays/events where you need to override the minimum stay? 
    2. Are there holidays/events where you need to override the rates? 
    3. Do you need to set-up turn day logic? 

 

  1. Turn on Sync
    1. Go to the listing settings and turn sync “On”
