From time to time, there may be instances when you may need to relist, or build a new, property listing within your PMS.  Examples of why you might do this would be, the property has sold, or to create a new OTA listing due to reviews.*

*Best Practice

We recommend, as a best practice, not to create new listings due to negative reviews on the OTAs.  Guests want to see honest feedback about your property.  They understand, and expect that service gaps happen occasionally.  How you handle those situations speaks volumes to potential guests.

If you need to relist a property, please follow these steps.

Step 1: Activate your listing in your PMS

You will build a new property in your PMS and set it to Active.  Enable the property for Rented by following the instructions for your specific software.

Step 2: Property activated in Art

Our API connection to your software, enables these new listings to appear in your Art account within 4-6 hours of being built in your software.  The property will be set to Sync Off.

Step 3: Activate your new listing in Art

After the new listing is enabled for your view in Art, you can prepare it for sync.  You will want to disable your old listing.  Then enable your new listing.  You can request the old listing to be removed from your view by contacting our Support team.

That's it!  Your new listing will begin populating your Art rates in your PMS.
