To sync your listings to Hostaway and provide live pricing updates, we will need API credentials from your Hostaway admin account. API's allow two software solutions to communicate, and keep the data synced between your PMS and Art for live pricing updates.

Once you have the Hostaway ID and API Key, just complete the form below. If you have any questions you can contact Rented's Support Team here.

Here's How to Create the Credentials:

Find your Hostaway ID and API key in the Hostaway platform here:

Hostaway Dashboard => Settings => Hostaway API at Settings => Integrations

How to create a new API key?

Click on Create => Name the Key Art by Rented

You will see the Account ID and API key on this screen:

IMPORTANT:

The generated secret API key and the token will only appear ONE time in the Hostaway dashboard, so be sure to save this.

After you have generated it and leave the page, it will no longer be visible to you or to our support team! Store the key at a personal safe location for future use and provide the Account ID and API key to the Rented team.
